Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa and to other countries. Choose your country at checkout and the delivery price for it is shown before you pay.

How you receive your order

Collect in Still Bay. Only when you are in South Africa. There is no delivery charge. When your order is confirmed we will tell you where and when you can collect it.
Delivery. The delivery price for your order is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. You choose collection or delivery at checkout.

Who delivers, and what it costs

The courier and the cost depend on what you order, how many units you order, and where you live.

Clothing

Domestic (South Africa)

We send clothing with The Courier Guy. The cost depends on what you order and how many items.

International

We send clothing with the Aramex branch in George, South Africa. The cost depends on what you order and how many items.

Boxes

Domestic (South Africa)

We send boxes with The Courier Guy. The cost depends on which boxes you order and how many.

International

We send boxes with the Aramex branch in George, South Africa. The cost depends on which boxes you order, how many, and the weight of the parcel. Where it works better, the order can instead be made by a regional manufacturer closer to you and shipped to you with the courier of your choice.

How long boxes take

Please allow URstory two weeks from the date of your order to cut your boxes and to post them.

After you order

You will get an order confirmation by e-mail. We will contact you by e-mail or WhatsApp to arrange collection, or to tell you when your order has been sent. If something is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before anything is sent.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please tell us as soon as you can and send a photo if you can. Your rights as a buyer under South African law, described on the returns page, are not affected by anything on this page.
